Chef Art Landis who graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Whales Culinary Institute comes to us with a creative perspective to have created the new menu for Marlintini's Restaurant and Bar opening in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica. Art has opened Cafe Shelton in York Beach Maine, he was Executive Chef for 7 years at Jonathans in Ogunquit Maine when he in 2000 became the Owner/Chef of Jonathans. He also opened and operated the Beef Baron Restaurant and Bar in Baldwin Georgia. Art is presently contributing his talents to McCormick & Schmicks Corporation at the Fanueil Hall Boston location where he conducts monthly cooking classes as well as cheffing. The classes include 6 presentations and ways to prepare Lobster and Heart Healthy Romantic Meals for 2.
